Backend databases supported by vFabric Hyperic Server 5.0 (2045622)

Purpose

This article provides information on the backend databases that are supported by vFabric Hyperic Server 5.0.

Resolution

vFabric Hyperic Server 5.0 supports PostgreSQL 9.1.x and vPostgreSQL 9.1.x as the backend databases.

The built-in database is only for small environments of up to 60 Hyperic Agents.

PostgreSQL 9.2.x or vPostgreSQL 9.2.x are not tested yet and, therefore, are not supported by vFabric Hyperic Server 5.0.
