Outbound action, XML transforms, and resolution rules are not supported by workflow port in VMware Service Manager 9.x (2045517)

Symptoms

  • Outbound action, XML transforms and resolution rules are not supported by workflow port.
  • ER_SOURCE and ER_SOURCE_TYPE are not ported by config portability.
  • Workflows that are ported using config port and workflow port do not include outbound actions, XML transforms, or resolution rules.

Cause

This issue occurs because ER_SOURCE and ER_SOURCE_TYPE are not ported by config portability

Resolution

This is a known issue affecting VMware Service Manager 9.x.
 
A resolution for this issue is being evaluated for inclusion in a future release.
 
To workaround this issue, perform Configuration Portability and workflow port as you normally would. You should manually recreate all outbound actions, XML transforms, and resolution rules for the affected workflows.
