vSphere client might fail to export log bundles when ESX/ESXi host’s Web Acess login page is disabled (2043975)
When ESX/ESXi host's Web Access login page is disabled, the log bundles are generated on the host but the export of the log bundles fails when you use the vSphere Client.
Also, you might be unable to configure HA after disabling the Host Welcome login page on an ESXi host. For more information, see 2009546.
This is an expected behavior.
