Logged out of Service Manager when clicking Advanced Search in the CMDB Search screen (2043622)

Symptoms

  • Clicking Advanced Search in the CMDB Search screen logs you out of VMware Service Manager 9.1.3 and 9.1.4
  • This issue only occurs when Integrated Security is enabled.


Resolution

This is a known issue affecting VMware Service Manager 9.1.3 and 9.1.4. A resolution for this issue is being evaluated for inclusion in a future release.
 
To work around this issue, disable Integrated Security.
