Product and License Details

The Products and Licenses Details report contains these pre-defined fields:
 
Note: All pre-defined fields are included in the report. You can remove fields after the report has been created.
  • Account Number
  • Account Name
  • Product Name
  • Folder Location
  • License Key
  • License Quantity
  • Unit of Measure
  • License Key Notes
  • Type
  • Order Quantity
  • Order Date
  • Number
  • License Coverage Start Date
  • License Coverage End Date
  • Support Level
  • Enterprise License Agreement (ELA) flag 

Note: License keys may display multiple times in the Products and Licenses Details report. License keys are tied to orders and contracts, so a license key displays twice: once for the order and once for the contract. A license key displays additional times if it is tied to multiple contracts or if a contract has more than one License Coverage End Date. This does not affect the quantity of the license key. VMware Fusion and Workstation do not require you to purchase an SNS contract, so there may not be a contract entry for these products.

The Support Contracts report contains these pre-defined fields:
