GoogleアドオンをインストールしたInternet Explorer 9 でvCloud Directorを開くことが出来ない。 (2041715)

いくつかのケースで、Googleアドオン をインストールしたInternet Explorer 9を使用してvCloud Directorのログイン画面がロードされない場合があります。

Resolution

vCloud Director を使用するにあたり、下記の様に Googleアドオン を無効化する必要があります。
  1. Internet Explorer上で、[ツール]　→ [アドオンの管理]
  2. 無効化するアドオンを選択し、[無効]を選択します。この手順をそれぞれのGoogleアドオンに対し繰り返します。
  3. [OK] をクリックします。
