Cannot view the Clouds panel or add a cloud (2041313)

Details

If you are using the vCloud Connector UI in vSphere Client, in some cases you can no longer view the Clouds panel when you click Clouds in the Browser panel.

Solution

Close and restart the vSphere Client in which your vCloud Connector plug-in is installed.
