Cannot access virtual machine console from vCloud Connector when proxy is set manually in a browser (2041308)

Details

If you set a proxy manually in the browser that you are using, you may not be able to connect to a virtual machine's remote console from vCloud Connector. When you click on a console icon, a blank screen appears.

This problem occurs  for virtual machines that are on vCloud Director clouds.

Solution

If this problem occurs with a manual proxy setting, consult your network administrator.
