The equal+below setting does not work in the Organization field for saved searches in Service Manager 9.x (2041180)

Symptoms

  • When a search is saved in Service Manager, the equal+below setting in the Organization field is not considered
  • When the Saved Search is loaded, this setting is reverted to equal, instead of equal+below
  • This issue affects call searches, request searches, and task searches screens, such as Call, Request, and Task

Resolution

This is a known issue in Service Manager 9.x.

A resolution for this issue is being evaluated for inclusion in a future release.

Currently, there is no workaround available for this issue.
