The equal+below setting does not work in the Organization field for saved searches in Service Manager 9.x (2041180)
Symptoms
- When a search is saved in Service Manager, the
equal+belowsetting in the Organization field is not considered - When the Saved Search is loaded, this setting is reverted to
equal, instead ofequal+below - This issue affects call searches, request searches, and task searches screens, such as Call, Request, and Task
Resolution
A resolution for this issue is being evaluated for inclusion in a future release.
Currently, there is no workaround available for this issue.
