Clicking Browse Catalog in the Service Manager Order form reports the error: There are no Service Actions/Service Bundles defined in this category (2041179)

Symptoms

  • Clicking Browse Catalog in the Service Manager Order form reports the error:

    There are no Service Actions/Service Bundles defined in this category

  • This issue occurs when you perform the following series of steps:
  1. Click Browse the Service Catalog in the Service Manager Customer portal.
  2. Select a category, which displays a list of available Service Actions.
  3. Order a Service Action, which displays the Order form.
  4. Click Browse Catalog.

Resolution

This is a known issue in Service Manager 9.x.

A resolution for this issue is being evaluated for inclusion in a future release.
 
Currently, there is no workaround available for this issue.
