Symptoms
- Clicking Browse Catalog in the Service Manager Order form reports the error:
There are no Service Actions/Service Bundles defined in this category
- This issue occurs when you perform the following series of steps:
- Click Browse the Service Catalog in the Service Manager Customer portal.
- Select a category, which displays a list of available Service Actions.
- Order a Service Action, which displays the Order form.
- Click Browse Catalog.
Resolution
This is a known issue in Service Manager 9.x.
A resolution for this issue is being evaluated for inclusion in a future release.
