Request Gantt charts in VMware Service Manager 9.x do not have a column for Sunday (2039957)

Symptoms

  • When you open a request in VMware Service Manager 9.x and click the Gantt chart in the Explorer menu, you see that Sunday is not available.
  • In the Request Details screen, the Gantt chart shows values only for Monday to Saturday.

Resolution

This is a known issue affecting VMware Service Manager 9.x.

Currently, there is no resolution or workaround.

Impact/Risks

This issue is an acceptable limitation of the product and is safe to ignore.
