Bypassing spam checking for internal messages in Zimbra 8.0.x (2039910)

Symptoms

  • Messages between Zimbra internal accounts are getting tagged as spam. 

Resolution

To bypass spam checking for internal messages between local accounts in Zimbra Collaboration Suite 8.x, run these commands as the Zimbra user:
 
zmlocalconfig -e amavis_originating_bypass_sa=true
zmamavisdctl restart
