Escalation dates display incorrectly in the selectable columns for calls outstanding and call search windows (2039741)

Symptoms

In VMware Service Manager 9.x, you experience these symptoms:

  • Some escalation dates are displayed incorrectly in the selectable columns for calls outstanding and call search windows.
  • You are unable to add the¬†resolve breach date from the selectable columns.

Resolution

This is a known issue affecting VMware Service Manager 9.x.
 
A resolution for this issue is being evaluated for inclusion in a future release. Currently there is no workaround.
