Session expiry date and time are calculated based on database timezone in Service Manager (2039684)

The Service Manager session expiry date and time are calculated based on the database timezone when you see the warning:

Your session is due to expire at dd.mm.yyyy hh:mm:ss
When the customer's configured time zone is different from database time zone and the customer's session is about to expire, you see that the session expiry date and time is using database time.

VMware is aware of this issue. It has been assessed as an acceptable limitation of the product with no immediate plans to resolve.
