The Service Manager task reopened through recursion and then completed remains active and does not complete (2039571)
Symptoms
- When a Service Manager task in a workflow is reopened through a recursion and then completed, the task does not complete properly
- The request workflow does not progress
- The task remains active
Resolution
A resolution for this issue is being evaluated for inclusion in a future release.
To work around this issue, add a new CB task (without any rules) into the loop either before or after the affected task.
