'Only when blank' option unavailable for Model and Manufacturer in the integration mapping in VMware Service Manager 9.x (2039456)
In VMware Service Manager 9.x, you experience these symptoms:
- The Only when blank option is not available for Model and Manufacturer in the Configuration Item template.
- In integration mappings, you cannot choose Only when blank when it is syncing from the resource.
- Manufacturer and Model fields are not updated when you select Only when blank in the integration mapping.
