Configuration Portability does not import all configuration information for Customer Survey in VMware Service Manager 9.x (2039446)
In VMware Service Manager 9.x, you experience these symptoms:
- Custom customer survey and custom message template are missing from Customer Survey configuration after Configuration Portability import these templates into new system.
- Configuration Portability does not import all configuration information for Customer Survey.
- Importing the Customer Survey configuration through Configuration Portability does not set the custom customer survey or custom message template, even though they are available on the drop-down menu on the screen.

This is a known issue affecting VMware Service Manager 9.x. A resolution for this issue is being evaluated for inclusion in a future release.
Currently there is no workaround.
