After rating/commenting on a Knowledge Base article in the Service Manager Customer portal, the screen refreshes and all formatting is lost (2039443)
After rating and/or commenting on a Knowledge Base article in the Service Manager Customer portal, the screen refreshes and you experience these symptoms:
- Paragraph formatting is lost.
- Hyperlinks are lost.
- Text formats, such as hightlights, bold, and italics, revert to simple text.
This is a known issue affecting VMware Service Manager 9.x.
A resolution for this issue is being evaluated for inclusion in a future release.
Currently, there is no workaround for this issue.
