The Equal & Below parameter for CMDB Item Type does not work in the Service Manager IPK Statistics - Top Ten CMDB report (2039114)

Symptoms

  • The Equal & Below parameter for CMDB Item Types does not work in the IPK Statistics - Top Ten CMDB report of Service Manager.
  • The IPK Statistics - Top Ten CMDB report does not return any result when the Equal & Below parameter for CMDB Item Types is selected.
  • If you select Equal and Below and then run the report, nothing is returned.

Resolution

This is a known issue in Service Manager 9.x.
 
A resolution for this issue is being evaluated for inclusion in a future release.
 
Currently, there is no workaround for this issue.
