Note: For clarification, no code, script, or API troubleshooting is done by VMware Technical Support.
If you have purchased third-party software, and require assistance for a VMware API that is used by the software, the software company must open a VMware SDK Support case (also known as developer support) or a VMware Partner Support case, rather than a VMware Technical Support case.
The responsibility for managing the case remains with the third-party software company.
