The vFabric Hyperic Server Operations Center page fails to load with the error: could not initialize proxy - no Session (2036708)

You experience these symptoms in vFabric Hyperic Server:

The Operations Center page fails to load
You do not see any errors on the screen, but the browser page loading icon continues to appear and the page fails to load
In the server.log file, you see an error similar to:

ERROR [tomcat-http--41350] [org.hibernate.LazyInitializationException@19] could not initialize proxy - no Session
org.hibernate.LazyInitializationException: could not initialize proxy - no Session

This is a known issue.

Currently, there is no workaround for this issue.
