Custom fields created in the custom Request Details screen in Service Manager do not appear in the Task Forward Internal screen (2036169)

Symptoms

If you have added a custom field to a custom Request Details screen, the field does not appear in the Task Forward Internal screen when you select Multiple Recipients > Field > Add Field Recipient.

Resolution

VMware is aware of this issue.
 
A resolution for this issue is being evaluated for inclusion in a future release.
 
To work around this issue, add the custom field to the default/base Request screen, instead of the custom screen. This ensures that the field appears in the list of field recipients in the Assign screen of tasks.
