Details

If the time on the Orchestrator server and Orchestrator client machines is not synchronized, a number of issues might occur.

The issues that you might encounter include:
  • The inventory does not get updated for workflows that are creating new objects in it.
  • Imported workflows return an incorrect error message that library workflows are missing when the workflows are present.
  • System.log does not display any messages in the Orchestrator client.

Solution

Synchronize the time on the virtual machines on which the Orchestrator server and Orchestrator client instances are installed.
