Cloned Problem/Major Incident cannot close the original linked call in VMware Service Manager 9.x (2035804)
- You are unable to close the original call when closing a Problem/Major Incident while cloning, linking a call, and selecting the Close Current Window option.
- A call cannot be closed after cloning and linking to a Problem/Major Incident.
This is a known issue in VMware Service Manager 9.x.
Currently, there is no workaround.
