This patch updates the tools-light VIB to resolve the following issues:

PR900024: The Network Address Translation (NAT) function of Windows Server 2008 R2 might not work if VMXNET3 is assigned as the vNIC.
PR935520: After upgrading to VMware Tools 5.1 on a Terminal Service virtual machine, the following warning message is logged in repeatedly in the Windows Application Event log:

Error in the RPC receive loop: RpcIn: Unable to send.
