Using a Multi QD widget in a Service Manager form causes display issues with screen width and height (2035647)

When using a Multi QD widget in a Service Manager form, you experience these issues:

There are display issues related to height and width of fields
When adding a newly created multiple QD CI field to a service desk screen, the size parameter is blank.
MultiQD widget fields within the form increase to more than 100% of the screen width and the height increases to more than a few pages

This issue is resolved in VMware Service Manager 9.1 Rolling Patch 01.
