The Reason Forced setting during a call closure in Service Manager does not work as expected (2035022)

Symptoms

  • When closing a call in Service Manager, the Reason Forced setting does not work as expected.
  • When the Reason Forced option is selected under Admin > IPK Settings (Partitioned), instead of a blank value, you are required to choose a value.

Resolution

VMware is aware of this issue.
 
A resolution for this issue is being evaluated for inclusion in a future release.
