When using the Update VM Network Connection Outbound task in Service Manager, the IP address is left blank (2035008)

Symptoms

  • When using the Update VM Network Connection Outbound task in Service Manager, the IP address is left blank.
  • When using the Update VM Network Connection outbound action in a Service Manager workflow, a blank value is passed for the IP address.
  • This issue occurs when you do not specify an IP address.
  • This issue occurs for the vCloud Director plugin for VMware Service Manager.

Resolution

This issue is resolved in VMware Service Manager 9.1 Rolling Patch 02.
