VXLAN support in vShield Manager (2034749)

Purpose

This article provides information on the VXLAN support in vShield Manager.

Resolution

The vShield Manager installation process checks if the VXLAN VIB is part of the image profile for the stateless hosts. If the vShield Manager VXLAN VIB is part of the image profile, it skips the installation step and proceeds with the remainder of the host preparation.

You can download the VIB from the vShield Manager Web server and add it to the image profile.

The VXLAN offline bundle is available at https://vsm-ip/bin/vdn/vibs/5.1/vxlan.zip.
