• When using the Oracle database with Service Manager, you experience these symptoms:
• You are unable to send an email from the Service Manager call
• Sending an email from the call fails
• When sending an email from a call (message type 1006) nothing is received
• In the Event log, you see the error:
  
  ORA-00600
  
• In the log files, you see entries similar to:
