When you log into the vSphere Client, linked instances of vCenter Server do not appear (2033213)

Details

When you log in to the vSphere Client, you might not be able to see all linked instances of vCenter Server in your environment. This can occur when you have instances of vCenter Server 5.0 along with instances of vCenter Server 5.1 in your linked vCenter Server environment.

Solution

Use one of following procedures to correct the problem.

Log into an instance of vCenter Server 5.0 first to see the other instances of vCenter Server in the linked group.
Log in with the Use Windows Credentials (SSPI) check box selected.
Use the vSphere Web Client.
