Details
Viewing Active Funds
To view the Funds with valid tokens, click the Active Funds tab.
If you are the Fund Owner, you can see the Fund Name, Fund Owner, Expiration Date, and Tokens Remaining in the Fund. You can also see a graphical representation of the number of tokens versus time remaining on your Fund.
If you are the Fund User, you can see the Fund Name, Fund Owner, and Expiration Date. As a Fund User, you cannot see the Tokens Remaining for the Fund, but can see the message View My Tokens. If you click this message, you can see the number of tokens allocated to you.
Viewing Sub-Funds
To view the Sub-Funds of a Fund:
- Click the Fund Name.
The view expands to show all available Sub-Funds, within which you can see the Entitlement Account Name and Number under which these licenses are redeemed.
- Under the Entitlement Account Name and Number, you can see the Sub-Fund Names, Fund Users, and Tokens Remaining.
Viewing Expired Funds
To view the Expired Funds, click the Expired Funds tab.
Fund Owners can view a list of Funds for which the tokens have expired and also view the corresponding details such as Fund Name, Expiration Date, and the Activities and Redemption reports.
Fund Users can view the Fund Name and Expiration Date. Fund Users cannot see or have access to any reports on this page and have to contact their Fund Owner to get access to any reports.
Notes:
- Entries in the Expiration Date field appear red if tokens are expected to expire in the next 90 days.
- Entries in the Expiration Date field cannot be converted based on the user profile. All dates appear in Pacific Standard Time (PST).
