Outbound Action configured using vCD fails after installing a new Service Manager Rolling Patch (2030685)

Symptoms

  • Outbound Actions (OAs) configured using vCloud Director (vCD) fail after installing a new Service Manager Rolling Patch
  • Cannot access the new OA after upgrading to the new Rolling Patch
  • Workflows using the vCD connector no longer work after upgrading to the new Rolling Patch

Resolution

VMware is aware of this issue.
 
A resolution for this issue is being evaluated for inclusion in a future release.
 
To work around this issue, go to Integration platform, click Outbound Action, and select the vCD source to update the available Outbound Actions.
