VMware ThinApp virtual application packages in Horizon Application Manager: Index to an article cluster (2030596)

Purpose

This is an index article pointing to a cluster of articles about ThinApp virtual applications in Horizon Application Manager.

Resolution

With ThinApp 4.7, VMware added the capability of placing ThinApp virtualized Windows applications in the Horizon Application Manager environment:

For hands-on practice with the ThinApp 4.7 features in Horizon, see the VMware ThinApp Reviewer’s Guide. Exercises for the ThinApp 4.7.2 features will be added over time.
 
Horizon 1.5 added the capability of streaming ThinApp packages in Horizon.

ThinApp 4.7.2 added a mechanism to update ThinApp packages in Horizon, and a new relink flag to enable ThinApp packages for Horizon.
