Actions & Solutions do not appear in the Service Manager request history if you choose to Submit or Submit Later (2020899)

Symptoms

  • When you choose to Submit or Submit Later, Actions & Solutions do not appear in the Service Manager request history
  • If you choose an Action Type, the type name appears in History, but not your comments
  • If you choose Save or Defer the request, Action & Solutions notes are saved to History

Resolution

This issue is resolved in VMware Service Manager 9.1 Rolling Patch 01.
