Cursor jumps unexpectedly when mouse is quickly moved into desktop after resizing View desktop window (2020721)

Details

If you resize the View desktop window and immediately move the cursor back inside the desktop window, the cursor can jump unexpectedly, without any interaction from the user.

Solution

After resizing the desktop window, wait one second before moving the cursor back into the desktop window.
