Missing Disk I/O running vCenter Operations 5.0.1 on ESX/ESXi 4.0.x and earlier (2020649)

Cause

This issue occurs because datastore I/O metrics are only exposed from a host that is ESX/ESXi 4.1 or later.

Resolution

This is a limitation of metrics provided by an ESX/ESXi 4.0 or earlier host.

To workaround this issue, you must upgrade to a version later than ESX/ESXi 4.1. To download a version of ESX/ESXi, go to the VMware download site.
