vCenter Server Heartbeat replication fails to start after upgrading with the error: failed to execute plan (2020261)

This issue occurs if the Interceptor driver fails to properly install, which prevents it from loading.

To resolve this issue:

Shut down vCenter Server Heartbeat on both the active and passive nodes, electing to leave the applications running.
Navigate to the drivers directory on the active server (install_path\R2\drivers\nfid\version).
Right click on the nfid.inf file and click Install.
Restart vCenter Server Heartbeat on both the active and passive nodes.
