Delay tasks do not calculate the delay time using working hours (2019995)

Symptoms

In VMware Service Manager (VSM) 9.0:
  • Delay Tasks do not properly calculate the delay time using your defined Working Hours.
  • The Calculate Delay Time Using Working Hours checkbox for the Delay Task in the Workflow Template is selected properly.
  • After you submit a Request using the Workflow Template you verified, the checkbox is unselected in the Delay Task.
  • This issue occurs regardless of which settings are used within the Delay Task in the Workflow Template.

Resolution

This is a known issue and has been resolved in VMware Service Manager V9.1 FP3.
