Delay tasks do not calculate the delay time using working hours (2019995)
- Delay Tasks do not properly calculate the delay time using your defined Working Hours.
- The Calculate Delay Time Using Working Hours checkbox for the Delay Task in the Workflow Template is selected properly.
- After you submit a Request using the Workflow Template you verified, the checkbox is unselected in the Delay Task.
- This issue occurs regardless of which settings are used within the Delay Task in the Workflow Template.
