Running a ThinApp application fails with the error: License problem: Unable to validate your license (2019985)

When you run a ThinApp application built with ThinApp 4.7.0, you see the error:

License problem: Unable to validate your license.

This is related to an issue with ThinApp 4.7.0, which can cause a race condition due to sharing handles between processes.

To resolve this issue, rebuild the application using ThinApp version 4.7.1.
