Text formats in the description field of Calls, Tasks, and Requests do not appear properly in the Service Manager Customer Portal/Service Catalog (2016220)
- Text Formats are not reflected properly in the description fields on the Service Manager Customer portal.
- These formats are affected:
- Format of the description field of Calls, Tasks, and Requests do not appear properly on the Customer portal/ Service Catalog
- Bullets, indents, and numbering formats are lost on the Customer portal and Service Catalog description fields
This issue is resolved in VMware Service Manager 9.1 Rolling Patch 01.
