Service Manager allows you to skip the Reason why the Clock is Stopped field even when the Stop Clock Reason Required option is selected (2014470)

Symptoms

  • You have selected the Stop Clock Reason Required option in the Service Manager Agreement Details screen
  • When suspending a call, though you are prompted to set the Reason why the Clock is Stopped field, you are able to skip this and press OK without entering any data

Resolution

VMware is aware of this issue.
 
A resolution for this issue is being evaluated for inclusion in a future release.
 
Currently, there is no workaround for this issue.
