The SLM 12 Month Trend report does not show the correct results (2013692)

Symptoms

  • The SLM report SLM 12 Month Trend does not show the correct results
  • SLM reports with different end dates produce the exact same results
  • An SLM report is run twice with end dates a year apart, but the exact same results and graph are displayed

Cause

The 12 Month Trend report runs for the last 12 months, regardless of the date range selected.

Resolution

This is a known issue affecting VMware Service Manager 9.x. A resolution for this issue is being evaluated for inclusion in a future release.

Currently, there is no workaround.
