The SLM 12 Month Trend report does not show the correct results (2013692)

- SLM reports with different end dates produce the exact same results
- An SLM report is run twice with end dates a year apart, but the exact same results and graph are displayed
This is a known issue affecting VMware Service Manager 9.x. A resolution for this issue is being evaluated for inclusion in a future release.
Currently, there is no workaround.
