Service Manager Workflow Data Export report generates less or no data (2011357)

Symptoms

  • The Workflow Data Export report in the Service Manager reporting module generates no or less data than expected
  • Running the Workflow Data Export report after specifying your criteria does not generate any data
  • Other reports related to Workflow Data work properly 
  • When you run Workflow Data Export, the report is generated without any records 
  • You receive no data or less data than you expect from the Workflow Data Export report

Resolution

VMware is aware of this issue.
