Multivalued QD fields that are set to Read Only in a Service Manager request do not show data (2011268)

Symptoms

  • Multivalued QD fields in Service Manager do not show the selected data when the Access field is set to Read Only in the security profile 
  • Multivalued QD fields in request that are set to Read Only do not show any data

Resolution

This issue is resolved in VMware Service Manager 9.0 Rolling Patch 10.
