VMware Service Manager 9.x Scheduled Reports do not produce a report or take a long time to run (2009944)
Symptoms
- Scheduled Reports either do not produce a report or they take a very long time to run.
- Scheduled Reports may take up to one hour or more to complete.
- CPU usage may spike when the report is generating.
- Memory usage may spike when the report is generating.
