VMware Service Manager 9.x Scheduled Reports do not produce a report or take a long time to run (2009944)

Symptoms

  • Scheduled Reports either do not produce a report or they take a very long time to run.
  • Scheduled Reports may take up to one hour or more to complete.
  • CPU usage may spike when the report is generating.
  • Memory usage may spike when the report is generating.

Resolution

This issue is resolved in VMware Service Manager 9.0 RP08.
