Closure Rules based on Log group fail if the call is logged in the portal by a customer only user (2009689)
- Closure rules based on Log Group fail if the call is logged in the portal by a customer only user
- The call is closed immediately with these messages in the history:
- Call forwarded to logging Group for closure, but Group was not found
- Call closing immediately as Group is unavailable
This issue occurs because portal-only customers are not part of a logging group that can be associated with the call.
VMware is aware of this issue.
A resolution for this issue is being evaluated for inclusion in a future release.
Currently, there is no workaround for this issue.
