'Unspecified' value is displayed in the MultiQD field in VMware Service Manager 9.x (2009633)
Symptoms
- When you are adding a MultiQD Group field to a screen (IPK or Workflow Groups), navigate off-screen and then returning causes Unspecified or REF = 0 group to be displayed.
- Unspecified value is displayed in the MultiQD field of a request
- Unspecified value is displayed after taking action on a request.
- When entering an empty string into a MultiQD, navigating off-screen and then returning results in the value Unspecified to be displayed.
Cause
Resolution
This issue is resolved by VMware Service Manager 9.x RP10. Download this patch from the VMware Download Center.
