Patch Download and Installation
Download the patch ZIP file from http://support.vmware.com/selfsupport/download/ and install the bulletin using Vihostupdate from the command line of the host. For more information, see the ESXi 4.1 Patch Management Guide. This patch also can be downloaded through online portal using vSphere update manager and patch it on the host.
