Officers under the Officers by Groups option in Service Manager do not appear in alphabetical order (2008109)
In the Service Manager Forward Internally screen, Officers and Groups sort in alphabetical order. However, when you use the Officers by Groups option, the Groups appear in alphabetical order, but the Officers under the Groups do not appear in alphabetical order.
VMware is aware of this issue.
It has been assessed as an acceptable limitation of the product with no immediate plans to resolve.
